The shipping method will be automatically determined based on the contents of your order; therefore, you cannot specify a shipping method. The shipping method will be indicated in the shipping confirmation notice.
Shipping fee
Free shipping. However, shipping fees may vary depending on the product. In that case, please check the shipping fee settings listed on the product page.
Number of days until shipping
Most orders are shipped within two business days of the order date, but this may vary depending on the product and time of year. For details, please check the schedule listed on the product page.
Delivery days
Delivery takes 1-3 days from the shipping date (excluding some areas).
Return and redelivery due to prolonged absence or unknown address.
If your order is not received due to your prolonged absence or incorrect address, and the delivery company's storage period expires, the product will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will contact you with the subject line "Confirmation of Product Resending." Please read the contents carefully and reply. When the product is resent, you will be required to pay a resending fee of 1,350 yen (including tax), which includes return shipping costs and cash-on-delivery fees, in cash to the delivery person upon arrival of the resent product.
