Regarding returns

This service is not subject to a cooling-off period, and returns or cancellations are not permitted after the order has been confirmed.

Regarding defective products

If you receive a defective product, we will replace it with a good one.

If you find any defects in the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product or after it arrives at your registered delivery address.
If more than 7 days have passed since you received the product (including cases where the product was forwarded from your delivery address to a different address and more than 7 days have passed), it will be difficult to confirm the initial defect and we will not be able to accept exchanges, so please check the contents of the package upon arrival.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage or soiling that occurs while the item is in the customer's possession, such as after use, washing, or wearing.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong item, incorrect sizing, or discrepancies with the image, nor do we accept returns for reasons other than defective products.

When reporting a defective product, please take photos of the entire product and the defective area, and send them to our support desk via email along with your order information (order number and name). After we have inspected the product, our support desk will contact you again. (Please note that it may take several business days to process your request as we need to contact the manufacturer.)

If the item in question is out of stock at the time of exchange, we will offer repair, redelivery, or a refund.

If the outer box is damaged and you believe a problem occurred during delivery, please contact the shipping company's branch office (usually within 14 days) with a description of the condition of the outer box and the product.
